QUALITY POLICY
Testimonial ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP (ELOT 1416), for the production and marketing of bread-making products, was granted to the company named "FOTIOS STEFANIS & ASSOCIATES CO." which resides in the 8th km Larissa - Athens, following the successful inspection of Quality Management system by the EQA institution (European Quality Assurance), accredited by the ESYD.
All the actions taken by "FOTIOS STEFANIS and ASSOCIATES CO" regarding the production and marketing of bread-making products, are based on the basic quality policy. This policy enjoys wide publicity inside and outside of the company and is summed up in the following:
- To achieve and maintain the quality of its products and distribution services at the level promised to the customers, using the best available technology and know-how according to its financial potential.
- To produce and pack healthy, tasty products of high nutritional value.
- To fulfill the requirements of the national and European legislation of Hygiene and food safety to the highest level possible.
